Our founder, Cathy Ahrendsen, believes that nursing education is a calling, not just a curriculum. As a recognized leader in senior care, she has dedicated her career to fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
After the success of Moon River Nursing Careers in Northern Virginia, where we have prepared over 1,500 students for their first roles in healthcare since 2018, Cathy is coming home to Chapel Hill. The Triangle’s vibrant healthcare community makes it the perfect location for our second campus.
